great hotel but housekeeping needs consistency

The bed in my Executive Double Room was outstandingly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the seamless connection to the shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. The breakfast offerings were exceptional, with a variety of fresh options that catered to different tastes. The city view from my room added to my overall experience, providing a pleasing backdrop to my stay.

Housekeeping lacked attention to detail during my visit.

Restocking of coffee pods in the room was a bit of a mess – I ended up with pods that didn’t fit the machine. The minibar was neglected most of my stay, only getting stocked on the last night, and details like replacing forgotten chocolates were missed frequently. having two-pin plugs by the bed would be a practical touch at this level, along with some consistency in the working order of the in-house phone lines.

Loved the room's comfy bed and the coffee maker 🚀! Really enjoyed the convenient access to the mall. Only downside was the small shower—definitely a tight squeeze.

The spacious layout of the Deluxe Twin Room provided an excellent environment for relaxation, complemented by a beautifully designed bathroom and an incredibly comfy bed. The attentive and friendly staff made us feel special, particularly during our 10th anniversary celebration, showcasing exceptional service throughout. Easy access to nearby restaurants added enjoyment to our stay, though the pool area could benefit from additional towels.

Shower size needs improvement, but great breakfast and lovely bar atmosphere make up for it!

Staying at 54 On Bath was simply delightful! The staff's warmth and attention made me feel genuinely cared for. The indoor corridor to the nearby mall added such convenience for shopping enthusiasts.
